at the Shanghai Library: |
 It has been 20 years to carry out the Interlibrary
Loan (ILL) at the Shanghai Library. In 1996, Shanghai Library
had been the member of OCLC ILL Service. With the development
of Shanghai Information Resources Consortium and the construction
of Shanghai Central Library System, Shanghai Information Sharing
Project, led by the Shanghai Library, served for organizations
and individuals from home and abroad. Shanghai Library also
began the ILL service at that time.

books with two duplicates, which can be loaned by our library's
policy. (As to the collection information, please refer to the
IPAC.) |
| 2. Other documents, such as
newspapers, periodicals, reference books, rare books, manuscripts,
etc., we can provide some photocopies. |

We Serve: |
1. Only Shanghai Library's readers
can be our patrons.
2. As to other readers, please contact with their local library. |

1.
In order to serve the readers better, every library only can
borrow 20 books at most from the Shanghai Library each month.
2. The borrowing books only can be read at the Shanghai Library.
3. The lending books can be read, according to the borrower's
policy.
